Taylor Kaminski
Taylor has been volunteering her time as commissioner of the Somerton Intramural 5-year old clinics for the past 7 years. Each year, she develops stations, recruits student-athletes to serve as coaches and coaches a team of her own. She has also made several guest appearances as coach of various travel teams over the past 2 years.
Taylor currently plays basketball at Archbishop Wood High School and has garnered THREE CONSECUTIVE PIAA Class AAA championships (2010, 20110 & 2012) as well as a PCL Championship in 2011 where she scored the winning basket on a drive with just 3 seconds left in regulation. She is a recipient of the prestigious Markward Basketball Club Award and was named 2nd team All-State in the PIAA, All-Southeastern PA, 3rd team All-Catholic, Courier-Intel Athlete of the Week and was selected to play in the UCP All-Star Labor Classic in her senior year.
Taylor looks forward to transitioning this spring from an AAU player to an AAU coach with the magic as she prepares for the next phase of her basketball career at Bloomsburg University.
